Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

My father pasted in 2003. I got a lawyer and got the deed on the house changed to my siblings and myself. All my siblings agreed that they did not want their name on the house after the fact but now I want to take all but one sister name off the house how would I go about doing this?

The remaining siblings (and their spouses) need to deed their interest to you and your sister. You should be able to get a local attorney to draft the deed(s) for a reasonable fee.
