Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I need to fill out a petition for a title in Missouri but do I need a lawyer for this? If so, how much would it be to have the lawyer fill out the form?

Do I also need to fill out the small claims forms?

Unless the title is for a corporation, you're not required to use an attorney. But, if you don't understand the applicable law, or the proper way to plead, it is advisable that you do. It is impossible to predict exactly how much an attorney in your s will charge to assist you. But, it is probably much less than the expense of doing it wrong.

Good luck
