Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I let a freind use a car about a year ago and I am still paying on it and he will not return it what do I do report it stolen or what I do not know what to do.

Sadly, you must report the car stolen, or kept beyond the permissive use period. Tell the officers your friends' name and last known address. I know you don't want to see your freind get arrested, but the last thing you want to do is pretend that you have no idea who took or has your car. That could get you arrested for making a false report.
