if i have a home in my name and my brother paid for it how is the best way to remove my name and put his on it.

Determing what is best for you and your brother would require knowing many more detials about each of you and your goals in the transfer. But, the simplest way to get your name off is for you to Deed your intersest to him. You could do this by quit Claim Deed or Warranty Deed. Of course, if you have any mortgages, other deeds or liens, that will affect your ability to fully transfer ownership to him.
