home mortgage

my fiance and i are splitting up. I own our home under my name only. i am the one moving out, he is going to keep the house. what is the best way to go about getting his name on the deed/mortgage and to take mine off?

Your ex can obtain financing and buy the house from you. At closing your mortgage will be paid off and you will deed the property over to him.
