File a partition action in the circuit court where the property is located. The judge will order an auction. The proceeds will go to the owners. Buy the property at auction for as little as possible. A new deed will be issued by the court and meth maker won't be on it
You might first ask the ownerr in prison, if he will execute a quit claim deed to you and/or the other. Tell him that otherwise, you may have to sue to him for his contribution of the taxes, upkeep, etc. that you and the other owner have had to pay. He may opt to sign off rather than have another judgment against him.
Good luck
