Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I have my house paid for with only monthly bills to pay. I work part time and receive a small SS check with another annuity.

I do have some savings.

I am considering putting my house in my children's names. All have decent jobs and own their own homes with no problems such as drugs, drinking etc.

I would like to know the pitfalls and advantages of placing my home in their names.

I will arrange to continue to pay taxes and insurance.
