Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

We Have a house that we sold on contract (rented to own). We would have transfered the property in her name when it was paid for, but she defaulted on the payments. So we were forced to evict her. We went to court and the Judge found in our favor and Granted a Judgement against her for Possession and $16,00.00. I haven't seen her since, so in my mind she abandoned the place. We waited 10 days after the verdict then boarded the house up. She has filed a De Novo (whatever that means) My Question is can we get rid of the trash and the Items that she left behind and clean the place up to rent it out again or sell it?

The defendant, (now known as the judgmetn debtor) has requested a De Novo (do over trial) at the next hif\gher level. You have the right to request that she post a bond or pay the money portion of the debt into the court, in order to retain possession of the premises until the new trial concludes. If she coudl nto pay the amount before, it is unlikely that she will be able to pay it to the court now. but, she may be able to get an insurance company to issue a bond for her.

Good luck
