Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
I own a house that I allow my uncle and father in law to live in. there is a cousin that has POA of the Uncle and will not allow me to visit the house or even come on the property. I pay all of the taxes and insurance for this home. Is there a way that I can have this cousin removed from the house and not allowed to return even though she has POA on the Uncle? I am told since these two old guys say it is okay for her to be there I have no choice but to allow her to be there. I am frightened that she herself or someone she brings in will get hurt and she will then hold me responsible for any injuries that might or might not have happened. This cousin is very angry that I own the house and will not sign it over to her.
What are my rights?

You seem to be a landlord. Landlords and landowners have the right to inspect their property at reasonable times and frequencies. You did nto say "how" your cousin was keeping you out. You may want to have a local police officer or sheriff's deputy accompany you when you inspect the property. If they are paying rent, you are entitled to teh rent payments. If they are staying as your guest, you can evict whomever you have allowed to live there. The same is true, if they are behind on the rent.
Good luck
