Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
I have landlocked property inMissouri. What are my rights to access it? I'm trying to get an easement from the "new" neighbors, but they have refused so far. Will I have to pay the adjoining property owners for an easement?

You have an absolute right to an easement. You will have to pay fair market value for it.
If they won't agree to sell the easement, then your only alternative is to take them to court.
Hope this helps.
