Is Lease agreement valid
Tenant moved owing rent im going to court to recieve the rent. There are 4pgs to the agreement the last page is the one to be signed by tenant and landlord the 3rd page talks about the deposit the tenant didnt pay a deposit but is stating she did since she is going to court she signed page one that dosent talk about a deposit of askes for signatures. Is this a valid lease for
the tenant to recieve a deposit

You were not able to provide enough information to determine if a court will find all or any of the written lease to be enforeceable. Have an attorney read the lease and give you advice before court.
