Re: lease-break
It depends upon the terms of your written lease. You should review the lease you signed to see if it contains any buy-out or early termination clauses. You might also talk to your landlord to see if any 3 bedroom units are available. Many times a landlord will allow a tenant to "move up" to a larger unit owned by the landlord for no fee (other than a lease renewal of course) because you would be paying a higher rent to the landlord by doing so. I would review the lease and talk to the landlord and see if you can work something out. If you are unable to work something out you might have an experienced landlord/tenant attorney review the lease for you to see if the landlord has been in material breach of the lease, which might allow you to terminate it prior to its expiration. Good luck. If you need any further assistance to not hesitate to contact me.
