how do i find out if a document i filed is a legally binding document.i have been told the top margin has to be acertain way.

In order to obtain a legal opinion concerning a document, I would suggest that you make an appointment with an attorney and pay that attorney to review the document and give you a professional opinion together with whatever other assistance you require. Good luck.
