Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
If someone lives in your house and pays the mortgage payment then moves out. Are they entitled to any compensation. Their name is on the deed as co - owner but not on the mortgage.

There are many variables that could alter the determination of debt for the payments made. Based upon what you described, the person that made the payments is an owner of the house. As such, they might be entitled to a pro rata partial reimbursement of the mortgage payments they make.
