Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
Misrepresentation in the sale of a timeshare condominium
My wife and I purchased a timeshare condominium under the written and verbal impression that our salesman would assist us in renting our 1996 week for $1,600 and would assist us in selling it after one year if we weren't 100% satisfied waiving all marketing costs and sales commissions. He didn't rent our week and he hasn't sold our condo. Do I have any legal rights concerning this matter?

You have legal rights re: condo.
I wish you could say you had it all in writing. With real estate and with any contracts that extend beyond a year, having it written (signed by otherparty) is NEARLY a requirement. But it isn't actuallya requirement. All is not lost. You should consult a local attorney to help you get the promises enforced.
