By Missouri Law, can I transfer my half/interest in a farm(the other half is my sister's) to one of my children without my sister signing?

How easy it is to transfer your interest depends upon HOW you own your portion. You should consult directly with a real estate transaction attorney in your area. They can ;look at your ownership documents and assess the process to transfer your share. You could always just do a quit claim deed, but it may be challengeable by the other owner. You and yrou daughter will benefit from getting legal counsel from an attorney that has all the facts.
