Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
Neighbor confronted me today about parking on the street, in front of his house. He said "this is where I park" but I told him I can park anywhere on the street like he can. I turned away and walked to my house and he mumbled something but then I distinctly heard him say, "well fine. I tried to resolve this civilly." Is this a threat? Now i'm afraid he's going to do something to my car. I live in St. Louis and there are no signs saying anything about parking.

Why continue parking on front of his house, if you feel something might happen? Technically, you're correct. But, you won't be able to prove who committed the damage sure to happen to your car. The statement you quoted, does not seem to equate a tortious threat.
