Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
My neighbor's kids frequently knock on my door, stand outside our residency, and on a couple of occasions stuck their arms through our open window. They've also claimed our two cats as their own and taken them inside their house without our permission various times. Their parents are our landlords, and they refuse to believe their children behave this way. Is there any way to get money from this violation of privacy so that we can move and have peace of mind?

There may be little you can do about them standing outside. But, as for the other stuff, you can call the police. This will establish evidence and a record for you to resolve the issue with the landlord.
Good luck
