Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
What can I do about neighbor's Sweet Gum Tree seed balls that litter my driveway? They are dangerous. I'v slipped on them and/or turned my ankle on them. I pick them up but sometimes don't see new ones in bad weather. The neighboring house is a rental property.

It is harsh, but if the owner of the other house will not remove or prune the tree, you may have to cut all branches and roots at your property line. This should lessen the number of seed balls falling onto your property. If the neighbor allows balls to blow from the gound on their land to yours, you can seep them back. You might hire a local attorney to write to the other landowner.
Good luck
