If you pay your reinstatement fees to your home loan can they still sell your house?

If the laon has been reinstated, then there is no need or cause for a foreclosure sale. But, if you merely paid previous resinstatement fee after the time to do so has expired, then laon may not be reinstated. Contact the attonrey handling the foreclosure for the lender, to see if it has been called off.
