Payment of rent in an rental property

I own a house in Missouri that I have rented out. The lease gives the renters a grace period of payment on the 5th of the month. They always take advantage of this grace period by paying on the 5th or later. Our co. that takes care of the payment doen't alwyas put the money in our account on the 5th either. Have they broken the lease?

Probably depends on the language of your lease and agreement with the management company. You should consult an attorney in Missouri, as state laws can vary.
