property damage
In Oct. 06, an adjoining property holder bulldozed a road and took most of the right-of-way on my property and destroying quite a few trees. How would damages be assessed?

Re: property damage
You may have an action against him under the trespass statute which allows for triple damages n cases where trees are taken. You would need to check the statute of limitations to be sure that it is not too late to file suit. Good luck!
