Re: purchase of business property in bolivar mo.

Usually these problems can be worked out without litigation by having an attorney write a polite but firm letter advising the current occupier of the property of your right to possession and making reasonable arrangements for the property to be turned over to you. If the current occupier of the property is not cooperative, you may have a remedy available to you of suing him or her in "ejectment". I have some experience in this area. If you are not already represented by legal counsel I would be willing to give you a free consultation. You may call me at 314-727-2822.
