Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

hi, I purchased the house 10 months ago from a realor, and he is still listing my house for sale even as a featured home. Is it legal? What can I do? Thanks.

I suggest hiring an attorney to send a letter demanding that the realtor cease and desist. This option should not cost a great deal.
