I purchased a mold infested home

What are my chances (being I have very little funds) of winning a case against the seller for remodeling to try and hide a mold issue and not disclosing it in the contract?

If there was a realtor or an inspector/appraiser you may have aviable claim against them. If it was an informal sale, the facts may be harder to rpove, but still possible.
