Quick deed

I have a quick claim made out to my former partner. If I would like to file another quick claim deed for my son. Will that supersede the existing one?

In the first place, you do not have a"quick claim" or a "quick claim deed". There is no such thing. You might have a "quit claim deed". If so, my question would be, "Why do you have it?" It appears obvious that no attorney has been involved and you may have had, or currently have, some interest in transferring real estate. Why don't you do yourself a big favor and consult with an attorney?
