Quit Claim Deed
All parties agree to remove one name out of three on house deed. Can this be accomplished using quit claim form in Missouri? Can the form be notarized and simply filed with county recorder of deeds?

I would suggest using an attorney to be sure everything is done correctly. Most attorneys will be able to help you with this for a very minimal charge. The possible problems that can follow making a mistake are enormous. Please at least consult with an attorney.
