what is the process of a quit claim

Re: quit claim a deed
Not sure what you are asking, but basically you have an attorney prepare the deed and the party giving up their right to the property in question signs it in front of a Notary Public. The Quit Claim Deed is then filed with the Clerk's office and entered into the public record.
