my boyfriend has1/2 owner ship in a house with his ex wife, shes leaving in the house but we are paying the mortage and insurance every month can he kick her out? It is wrote in their divorce that one of them must occupy the property but it doesnt say who.

Your boyfriend should call an attorney, make an appointment, hire the attorney, have the attorney review the title to the house and the divorce papers, and advise your boyfriend concerning his legal rights and duties.
