Real Estate Title company negligence
A title company did a faulty title search and missed my recorded lien on a property, thus resulting in a fraudulent sale to a thrid party. How can I recoup my legal fees resulting from the fraudulent sale facilitated as a result of the title company failing to meet it's inherent obligation?

You may not need to go after the Title company. Your claim is either with the seller, for your lien portion of the proceeds, or with the buyer who bought subject to your lien. The buyer will make a claim with the title company (who is their insurer) for what you claim.
