Contact the Trustee or attorney for the bank that is foreclosing. Make sur ethey know that you have an active lease. They may choose to honor the lease rather than go through the hassle of trying to have it terminated. Of course, if you are in breach of your lease (late payment, etc.) then they can probably foreclose and put you out, despite your lease. Therefore, make sure that the party foreclosing has told you where to send your rental payements now that the foreclosure is pending. You should also keep the lessor in the loop, so they know that you may have to start paying your rent to someone else, and they can let you know if ther are resolving their debt to the party foreclsoing upon them..

Good luck
