Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
a realtor has listed my property for sale and it is not for sale and i have never contacted anyone to sell my property ,and do not want to sell my property , this
listing has a very deflated price causing the value of my property to have a percieved lower value affecting future potential value

Perhaps there has simply been a mistake made that can be easily corrected. Have you contacted the realtor? If not, I would suggest doing so and requesting the realtor to remove your property from the listing. If there are any legal problems, such as a conflict over ownership, or someone without authorization signing a listing agreement on your behalf, then you need to consult with an attorney. Good luck.
