Refinance with Fianc'e
We are getting maried next year We refinancing my house now in both our names and wish to get the deed in both our names with the lease taxes implications. What forms of ownership will give us right if surivorship, owners in comon with permission of the other required to sell there share of property?

I always advise my clients to wait until they are married to begin putting everything into both names. However, if you are determined to do this, then the present owner can quitclaim the property to himself or herself and the fiancee as joint tenants. In the event one of you dies while you own the property as joint tenants then the survivor automatically owns the property.
