Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

Hello........... I refinanced my VA home loan in Januaary this year with "Major Bank" at 4,75,

I have not reveived a payment schedule as of this day (5-5-11) and have made no payments. I have been accumulating the money and have it if necessary.

Will I have to come up with the entire ammount when they catch up with the error or can I begin from scratch when they finally realize their mistake?

It is very likely that they have been expecting payments. even if they have not sent you a payment coupon book. You should contact your lender or loan servicer, as soon as you can. Otherwise, they may accelerate the loan and foreclose.
