Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

What can be done if a relative, entrusted with repairing and selling my car and splitting the money from the sale equally, deviates from the agreement? I am currently in possession of the title and there is no written contract about the agreement. Should this relative forge my signature to sign the title over and keep all of the sale money for themselves, what can I do?

Get the agreement written down and signed by both relatives, Then you lessen the chance of a misunderstanding or chicanery.
