Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I represented myself Pro Se as Defendant in a fraud/negligence lawsuit ("Trial #2") which over 6 years later was a follow-up to a Rent & Possession case ("Trial #1) which I won with an attorney (I was the landlord who won an eviction & back rent award). Representing myself against an attorney last week in the recent fraud case did not go particularly well in court, as I was overwhelmed with "foundation" objections, etc.

I need to submit a Statement of Facts and Memorandum of Law by Friday, February 12th. Can you recommend someone to help me with the Memorandum of Law for a fee??? The issues are: What are elements of "Fraud" -- Verbal Agreement without written contract --- Burden of Proof -- conflicting testimony between Trial #1 and Trial #2 documentation,

Thank You! Dennis Kamman (636) 685-7300 [email protected]

You chose to represent yourself. Why are you now looking to lawyers for free legal advice? If you took your own appendix out and there were complications, do you think the medical profession would help you? Trying to fix the damage done by "pro se" litigants can be impossible, or merely very risky and very expensive. I doubt whether you will be able to find a competent lawyer to help you at any price. I wouldn't.
