Reselling property after quit claiming a deed

How soon after acquiring a quit claim deed in the state of Missouri does the new owner have to wait before the property can be resold?

Probably, no longer than it takes to properly record the deed in the land records section of the appropriate Missouri court, but it would be prudent to check with a Missouri attorney first before having any sale contracts drawn up for this property.
