Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
I know the rule says when you sue a Federal Agency that the complaint should be filed in the U.S. District court. In the instance of a Quiet Title, the case should be filed in County Circuit Court of the county which the property resides but which of the Attorneys need to be served: the District Attorney, U.S. Attorney or even the County Attorney or all three? Quiet Title against Federal National Mortgage Association?

A quiet title action would be filed in the county where the property sits. Whom to serve depends upon what agency is being sued or given notice. The attorney handling this case for you will be explain it further. I do not recommend that a quiet title action be attempted Pro Se.
Good luck
