Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
i share deed to a home with my ex, we both still live there. can she move people into this home without my concent.

If you both own the property then you are each entitled to a portion of any rents collected. In that, you each have some right in deciding who to allow to rent the property, since you both have a (limited) right to evict any tenant. HOW you own the property can somewhat alter your relative abilities to control renters. You should consult directly with an attorney to determine your proximate authority over any potential renters.
