Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
Six siblings have inherited a house and need to sell. Most of the siblings do not get along but all agree on the terms to sell the property. Can each sibling sign a separate signature page to the contract or do all of the names need to be signed on the same page of contract, disclosures, etc.?

Sale contracts take many different forms. You coudl all sign the smae page, individually attached pages or have five of you designate the sixth to act as yrou attorney in fact (power of attorney appointment) The important issue is for all to execute their agreement to the sale and transfer. The form that must take is more often dictated by the Title insurer than hard rules of law.
Good luck
