my sister and i have duel ownership on my grandmother's house. She was married at the time but not living with her husband. Since our grandmother has passed does he have any rights to the house?

What exactly does the Deed to the property say about who owns it? We do not have "duel ownership" of real estate in Missouri, although we do have real property owned by multiple parties as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, tenants in common, tenants by the entireties, and so forth. An attorney can not provide an answer without knowing how the property is legally owned. But, I can tell you that the fact that your sister was separated from her husband at the time is not relevant.
