Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

i sold my truck to a family member on 02/15/10 with the understanding she was going to get a loan for it i currently have a loan on it. she still hasent done this there no contract between us other than verbal she deposits the payments into my checking account the registratin title and insurance are all in my name still she has both sets of keys can i get it back? i have been without a car for a year now and cant get another because im over extended and she wont give it back

Based upon the facts you ahve described, you have an agreement, as you alow her to have the vehciel and she pays money into your account. The "she is supposed to get her own loan" part of the agreement may be hard to prove at court. If she is late making a depsoit or lets the insurance lapse, you may have grounds to repossess the vehicle.
