Got speeding ticked with no drivers license
while I was living in St. Louis, Missouri. I live in Asheville, NC now and want to pay. How do I go about this?

You should hire a local attorney in the place that you got the tickets. He or she will probably have to have a warrant cancelled and then negotiate a plea bargain on your behalf. You will need to prove that you now have a valid driver's license. You do not want to just pay. Good luck.
