If an easement was abandoned , and the easement holder never maintained or showed any interest in it again ,what is the statute of limitations on getting a quiet title .

Perhaps there are attorneys who contribute to this website who will be able to answer your question off of the top of their heads, but I would need to do a bit of legal research before I could provide you with any specific response. It may be that there is a certain time after which the easement may be considered abandoned, or after which you could seek a court Order quieting title with no easement. It may be that the concept of adverse possession could also come into play.
