Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

I was staying with an ex-boyfriend of mine for months off and on. After he has kicked me out is it illegal to have the keys to his house and care in my possession.

It may not be against any criminal statute to possessthose keys, but it is foolish to keep them. If yu do, and something happens to either tehhouse or car (such as burglary or theft) you may be suspect number one.
