Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri
Time Share
Without selling, which seems to be an impossibility, are there any avenues of getting out of a time-share purchase? I believe it is a 5 year note which I have paid for 2 1/2 years. I do not intend to reclaim any monies, I just want out, out, out! I am wasting money on something I will never use.

Re: Time Share
Have you considered offerring your time-share back to the entity which sold it to you. Perhaps they would be willing to accept a transfer back from you and agree to release you from future obligation.
