verbal aggreements associated with quick claim form for property

My mother inlaw quick claimed a house to her other son. A verbal agreemnt was put in place for payments. nothing was paid and house was sold with all family memories from passed relatives. What can she do?

I do not understand why people use a phrase "quick claim deed". There is no such thing. There is, however, a form of a deed know as a "quit claim deed". Could that be what you are referring to in your question? If so, perhaps you could repost the question and attempt to make both the facts you believe are important and the exact question you have understandable. As you have written this question, it is very nearly incomprehensible.
