Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Missouri

My wife and I both listed on the lease, however, I am the only signature on the lease. She has never signed it. Is the lease still binding? I lost my job and we are having to move, but they say the contract is still binding and I'm responsible for the terms of the lease.

From the limited facts you have given us and subject to my actually reading the lease I would say that you are bound by the terms of the lease since you signed it.
