Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Missouri

possible sexual harassment

My wife works for a local nursing home and she has reportrd that a male supervisor has repeatedly placed fis hands on her, even after she has requested him not to. This AM she stated that he ''grabbed'' her by her shoulders and then jumped in front of her, blocking the exit door, in an attempt to prevent her from leaving. I immediately called this person and he stated that he ''never'' touched her in any way. I waited until his supervisor came to work, spoke with this person and she indicated that the male supervisor stated that he on touched my wife on the shoulder, to ''get her attention. Do you see any possible legal course we can take?
