Legal Question in Social Security Law in Missouri

Disability Insurance

My long term disability insurance has changed and they added that if I receive any other income from social security it would be deducted off what I receive from them. This statement was not there when I started paying for the insurance almost nine years ago. Is there anything I can do?

Your inquiry is not clear about whether you are receiving LT disability now. If you are still paying premiums for a policy, they can change the terms of the policy before you receive any benefits.
